??As?project?leader?to?implement?lean?manufacturing/management?system?on?customer?side?and?being?able?to?run?all?the?projects?independently?(5S,?Visual?Management,?Kaizen,?SMED,?TPM,?VSM/VSD,?SOP,?etc.)作為項目領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者，從客戶角度出發(fā)去實施精益制造／管理系統(tǒng)，并能獨立運行項目（5s，可視化管理，改善，快速換模，TPM,?VSM/VSD,?SOP等等）
??As?project?leader?to?implement?supply?chain?management?&?logistics?improvement?and?being?able?to?run?all?the?projects?independently?(Kanban,?Pull?system,?Material?Flow?Management,?Logistics?system?design?&?implementation,?etc.)作為項目經(jīng)理去完成供應(yīng)鏈管理&物流改善，并且能獨立運行項目（看板管理，拉動系統(tǒng)，物流管理，物流系統(tǒng)設(shè)計&實施等等）
??In?responsible?to?provide?trainings?in?lean?manufacturing?system?and?supply?chain?management?on?customer?side.負責(zé)客戶方面的精益制造系統(tǒng)培訓(xùn)以及供應(yīng)鏈管理。
??Being?actively?involve?in?lean?know-how?development積極主動參與精益know-how開發(fā)
??Being?closely?involved?in?marketing?and?customer?research積極參與市場及客戶調(diào)查
??Being?responsible?to?prepare?and?present?proposals?to?the?customer負責(zé)準備、展現(xiàn)相關(guān)方案給客戶。
Requirement:要求
？ B.S.?Degree?in?engineering?or?related?discipline?with?MS/MBA/PHD?highly?desirable.在工程或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域有學(xué)士學(xué)位或MS/MBA/PHD者非常搶手。
？ At?least?7-8?years?experience?in?manufacturing?and?hands-on?involvement?in?implementing?lean?principles?with?national?and?multi-national?companies.至少7-8年在本國或跨國公司制造業(yè)有親自參與或?qū)嵺`精益原則的。
？ Advanced?knowledge?of?the?Toyota?Production?System?is?required.?Middle?level?or?high-level?manager?experience?in?multi-national?companies?is?highly?desirable.扎實的豐田生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)知識是必要的。在跨國公司有中級或高級管理經(jīng)驗者非常搶手。
？ Above?3-5?years?experience?in?lean?&?6sigma?related?fields?for?consulting?or?training?company?are?required.3-5年在精益&6西格瑪或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域做過咨詢或培訓(xùn)的經(jīng)驗是必要的。
？ Highly?skilled?in?assessment,?selection?and?organizational?diagnosis.能熟練評估，選擇和做組織診斷。
？ Ability?to?effectively?manage?multiple?projects,?relationships?and?leverage?diversity?in?enterprise.能在公司有效的管理多個項目、關(guān)系及其多樣性。
？ Solid?knowledge?of?logistics?&?supplier?chain?management?is?highly?desirable.在物流及供應(yīng)鏈管理上有堅實的知識者非常搶手。
？ Demonstrate?strong?learning?ability,?communication?skills?and?willing?to?share?knowledge.擁有強大的學(xué)習(xí)能力，溝通技巧且樂于分享。
？ Demonstrate?willing?to?travel?in?China?region?or?other?country?as?needed.必要時能承受在國內(nèi)外出差。
