Duties/Responsibilities
As?a?core?member?of?the?Solar?Asia?/?Pacific?team?you?will?play?a?critical?role?in?building?up?the?solar?business?across?Asia.?Your?key?responsibilities?will?include?the?following:
·???Lead?all?structural?engineering?work?of?assigned?projects?
·???Develop?and?maintain?application?tools
·???Train?on?&?promote?new?products/application?to?Hilti?field?engineers?and?customers
·???Provide?ideas?for?product?improvement?based?on?voice?of?customer?and?sales?input?
·???Early?involve?in?new?product?development?process,?and?provide?structure?engineering?support?to?development?team
·???Deal?with?our?sales?team?on?a?regular?base?to
o???Obtain?relevant?project?information,?like?structural?load?conditions,?the?system?layout?or?information?about?special?requirements
o???Develop?project?quotations
o???Interact?with?sales?to?answer?their?questions?regarding?Hilti’s?solutions
o???Optimize?the?initial?design?proposal?based?on?feedback?from?sales
·???Provide?project?engineering?support?to?sales?team?in?case?of?business?need.
·???Follow?other?work?arrangement?by?manager?in?cased?business?required
Profile:
1.????Good?competence?in?the?field?of?civil?engineering?or?structure?engineering?and?ideally?already?with?relevant?work?experience?in?designing?solar?systems?or?in?the?development?of?installation?/?mounting?products
2.????Knowledge?and?some?experience?in?design?software?like?AUTOCAD?2D/3D…?Medium/high?level
3.????Proactive?and?communicative?personality?who?likes?to?work?in?an?international?team
4.????Fluency?in?English
