1.responsible?for?all?employee's?computer-related?technical?support?to?solve?all?kinds?of?hardware?and?software?failures?,?deal?with?a?variety?of?anti-virus?processing?and?handle?various?privileges?authorized?work?;?
2.responsible?for?network?management?and?maintenance,?equipment?room?management?and?maintenance?and?routine?network-related?trouble-shooting?work?;?
3.responsible?for?IP?phones’?configuration?and?maintenance?;?
4.responsible?for?the?operation,?maintenance?and?management?of?database,?including?database?installation?,?backup?/?recovery,?performance?optimization,?log?analysis?,?data?migration,?and?resolving?unexpected?and?difficult?problems?;?

Qualifications:?
1.A?bachelor?degree?of?computer?or?IT?-related?professional?or?above,?more?than?one?year’s?work?experience?;?
2.Familiar?with?Microsoft?MCSE?and?Cisco?CCNA?CCNP?CCIE?related?certification?is?preferred?;?
3.A?large?amount?of?call?center?work?experience?is?preferred?;?
4.Good?English?communication?skills?,?be?able?to?describe?the?relevant?technical?issues?clearly?and?fluently?;?
5.Be?able?to?work?independently?and?have?good?analytical?,?judgment?and?problem-solving?skills?as?well?as?strong?Anti-pressure?ability?;?
