Position Objective: 工作目標(biāo)： Responsible for the daily operations related to accounts payable, COGS, and inventory in finance department. Key Activities /主要活動(dòng)： Supervise AP team to fulfil the followings: ·Check accounts payable settlement with suppliers and apply payments in the Axapta system in accordance with accounting principles 根據(jù)財(cái)務(wù)準(zhǔn)則的要求，在EPR系統(tǒng)內(nèi)完成AP財(cái)務(wù)模塊的相關(guān)憑證；與供應(yīng)商對(duì)帳，申請(qǐng)付款。 ·Booking accounts payable related vouchers in Axapta in time and accurately, including invoiced and payment vouchers 在系統(tǒng)中錄入每月所有收到供應(yīng)商增值稅專用發(fā)票及付款及相關(guān)憑證 ·Check PO data according to the Axapta system and prepare settlement with suppliers 根據(jù)Axapta的采購訂單數(shù)據(jù)，準(zhǔn)備每月與供應(yīng)商的對(duì)賬單 ·Confirm with the suppliers directly for the accounts payable 與供應(yīng)商聯(lián)系對(duì)賬事宜 ·Verify VAT invoice on purchase 核對(duì)確認(rèn)供應(yīng)商開具的增值稅專用發(fā)票 ·Apply for the payments to suppliers after double confirmed/申請(qǐng)付款 ·Assist to analyse accounts payable, cogs, inventory and related accounts. 協(xié)助財(cái)務(wù)經(jīng)理分析應(yīng)付賬款，銷售成本及庫存等相關(guān)賬戶 ·Assist to other task required by line manager,finance manager and ad hoc. 協(xié)助直接上級(jí)和財(cái)務(wù)經(jīng)理交付的其他任務(wù) Skills, Knowledge and Experience: 技能、知識(shí)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)： ·2-4 years related working experience. ·College degree or above in Accounting or relevant field. ·High sense of integrity, and careful behaviour. ·Good Communication and cooperation ability.
