Responsibilities:?

2.?Work?with?several?external?suppliers?including?water?supplier,?shoe?repair?shop,?contractor?as?needed?and?advised?by?the?Store-in-charge?
3.Sell?the?products?and?contribute?to?the?growth?of?sales?in?the?store?
4.?Engage?customers?and?make?them?loyal?to?the?brand?by?conveying?the?Dior?Values?
5.?Maintain?outstanding?customer?service?in?shop?as?per?company?standards?
6.?Manage?the?team?on?their?day-to-day?duties?
7.?Follow?up?on?the?organization?of?the?back?office?(Inventory...)?
8.?Help?the?Store-in-charge?to?ensure?all?operations?in?store?are?in?line?with?the?Dior?policies?
Requirements:?
1.?Bachelor?degree?
2.?At?least?3?years?working?experience?in?the?Retail?or?Luxuary?Industry?at?a?supervisor?level?
3.?Experience?in?the?Luxury?industry?is?a?plus?
4.?Good?communication?skills?for?interacting?with?different?kinds?of?customers,?also?with?the?team?members?
5.?Fluent?in?English,?both?Oral?and?Written
