Position?Responsibilities職務(wù)介紹：
1.?Work?as?project?engineer,?perform?program?management?for?all?new?projects?of?Extrusion/Injection;?plan,?organize?and?coordinate?all?the?project?activities.?任職項(xiàng)目工程師，執(zhí)行新的橡膠擠壓，注塑項(xiàng)目管理。計(jì)劃、組織和協(xié)調(diào)所有的項(xiàng)目相關(guān)活動。
2.?Follow?up?the?project?development?and?work?with?the?team?of?sales,?production,?engineering,?quality,?logistic?and?purchasing?to?track?open?issues掌控項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度，協(xié)調(diào)相關(guān)部門處理有關(guān)問題，完成項(xiàng)目任務(wù)；?
3.?Hold?meetings?for?project?development?process.組織項(xiàng)目會議，匯報(bào)、通報(bào)項(xiàng)目信息；?
4.?Work?to?follow?up?with?customers?about?the?new?project跟蹤客戶并協(xié)調(diào)新項(xiàng)目；?
5.?Interface?between?Cikautxo?China?and?customers?to?launch/transfer?the?new?project.?企業(yè)和客戶之間的接口啟動或轉(zhuǎn)移新項(xiàng)目。
6.?Perform?the?coordination?and?track?of?product?and?process?development.執(zhí)行協(xié)調(diào)和跟蹤產(chǎn)品及過程開發(fā)。
7.?Interface?with?the?customers;?coordinate?all?the?program?issues?between?Cikautxo?China?and?the?customers,?visit?customer?when?necessary.與客戶接口,協(xié)調(diào)所有項(xiàng)目中客戶和公司之間的問題,并在必要的時候拜訪客戶。
8.?Coordinate?the?preparation?of?customer?audit.協(xié)調(diào)客戶審核的準(zhǔn)備工作。
9.?To?work?with?other?departments配合其它部門工作。
Position?Requirements任職要求:
1.?College?degree?or?above,?major?in?mechanics?or?related.工程背景學(xué)士學(xué)位或以上；?
2.?Fluent?in?English?both?writing?and?spoken.大學(xué)英語4級或以上；熟練的英文溝通能力。
3.?Above?3?years’?experience?of?program?management/coordination?in?automotive?industry.?3年以上汽車行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的項(xiàng)目管理。
4.?Computer?skills?e.g.?MS-office,?CAD?(Catia)?preferred.計(jì)算機(jī)技能。能熟練運(yùn)用辦公室軟件,CAD(Catia)計(jì)算機(jī)國家二級或同等水平；?
5.?Good?skill?of?organizing?and?teamwork?spirit.良好的組織能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神。?
6.Can?work?in?a?frequent?business?trip?to?customers.適應(yīng)頻度適中的出差任務(wù)；?
7.?Can?work?overtime?with?emergent?issues.適應(yīng)應(yīng)急事務(wù)加班。
此職位需派往CIKAUTXO總部為期三個月左右的培訓(xùn)。無意向請勿投遞。
