職位描述  
Key Outcomes: 
1. Achieve the sales target set by the General Manager 
2. Achieve 100% implementation of the client\'s requirement 
3. Achieve 100% accuracy and timeliness of the regular reports 
4. Ensure client complaint keep to a minimal level 
5. Achieve individual budgeted new business targets to ensure the company meets its Net Income objectives 
Position Accountabilities: 
1.Develop new business by prospecting and following up on leads and referrals within existing and new markets 
2.Successfully introduce and promote existing and new products into the market in line with the businesses strat egic objectives. 
3.Leverage relationships with existing , new and potential customers to improve penetration and cross sell other products that may be introduced by the company. 
4.Involvement in the formation of Sales & Marketing budgets. 
5.Report on changes and new developments /activities by competition 
6.Establish and maintain strong working relationships with the company\'s Customer Service , and Operations teams 7. Perform other official company duties as may be directed from time to time. 
Relevant Education Background, Hard Skill, Knowledge and Experience: 
1. University degree or equivalent in Business Administration or Finance or Logistics discipline 
2. About 4 years experience in sales / customer service, preferable from a reputable logistics company. 
3. Dynamic and have a proper work attitude and work discipline. 
4. Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese 
5. Aggressive and innovative in identifying and converting opportunities into profitable value added business.
