????茂名市天源商貿(mào)發(fā)展有限公司成立于1996年11月份，注冊資金5000萬元，是一家實力雄厚的能源物流和能源產(chǎn)品經(jīng)營綜合企業(yè)。具有石油化工產(chǎn)品和煤炭儲存經(jīng)營權(quán)、成品油批發(fā)經(jīng)營權(quán)以及自營進出口貿(mào)易經(jīng)營權(quán)。主要經(jīng)營：石油化工產(chǎn)品和煤炭儲存、加工、銷售；成品油批發(fā)；碼頭裝卸作業(yè)；船舶出租、船務(wù)代理、市政工程及房地產(chǎn)投資建設(shè)等。
????公司管理機構(gòu)健全，設(shè)經(jīng)營部、貿(mào)易部、綜合部、財務(wù)部、項目發(fā)展部、船舶出租及代理、資金審核管理七個部室，兩個儲運管理中心和一座控股碼頭公司，分別管理四個油庫、煤炭堆場、石油焦堆場、一間瀝青儲存中轉(zhuǎn)公司和兩座碼頭泊位。四個油庫總儲存容量已達到15萬多立方米。其中茂名重油總儲存量8萬立方米，輕油2萬立方米；順德重油總儲存量2萬立方米，輕油儲存量3萬立方米。煤炭儲存能力已達到60萬噸，石油焦儲存能力達到5萬噸。第一期瀝青儲存總量為3.2萬立方米，中轉(zhuǎn)目標是100萬噸/年。兩座碼頭泊位年吞吐量在400萬噸以上，5000噸級油囤碼頭年吞吐量達到100萬噸。此外，還有載重噸為31000噸的散貨船“中威1”、散貨載重噸為2952噸、標準集裝箱裝載144個的“中威”號；另有三艘3000噸級油輪對外出租。天源商貿(mào)公司現(xiàn)有在職員工500多人，其中專業(yè)技術(shù)人員230多人，達到公司總?cè)藬?shù)的46%以上。
