崗位職責(zé)：??
1.負(fù)責(zé)轄區(qū)為東三省；??
2.負(fù)責(zé)醫(yī)用耗材美國(guó)STERIS及自產(chǎn)感控清洗產(chǎn)品在醫(yī)院供應(yīng)室、手術(shù)室等科室的推廣與銷售；??
3.開發(fā)各地經(jīng)銷商和終端用戶等合作伙伴，提高產(chǎn)品在對(duì)應(yīng)區(qū)域市場(chǎng)份額；??
4.執(zhí)行公司各項(xiàng)銷售政策，完成季度、年度銷售任務(wù)；??
5.輔導(dǎo)直接下屬并協(xié)助部門經(jīng)理完成銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)的建設(shè)發(fā)展。??
任職要求：??
1.大專及以上學(xué)歷，醫(yī)學(xué)、管理類專業(yè)優(yōu)先；??
2.3年以上銷售工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有醫(yī)療行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先；??
3.具備團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，擅長(zhǎng)團(tuán)隊(duì)輔導(dǎo)，能夠帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)達(dá)成銷售目標(biāo)；??
