職位描述（Job Description）

Report?to:?Senior?in?charge?and/or?Manager?in?charge?
Main?Responsibility:?
1.?Responsible?for?communicating?with?clients?on?tax?assignments?upon?instruction?
from?Managers;?
2.?Responsible?for?drafting?and?preparing?reports,?presentations?and?other?
deliverables?related?to?assignments?for?review;?
3.?Responsible?for?visiting?tax?authorities?to?deal?with?tax?compliance?issues?for?
companies?and?representative?offices;?
4.?Responsible?for?advising?clients?on?M&A?Transactions,?including?tax?due?diligence?
projects?on?foreign?targets,?transaction?structuring?and?documentation;?
5.?Responsible?for?performing?transfer?pricing?assignments,?i.e.?interview?client?
personnel,?draft?TP?reports;?
6.?Responsible?for?coaching?junior?staffs?and?managing?their?work.?
Essential:?
1.University?graduates?with?recognized?professional?accounting?qualifications?
including?CICPA?and?CTA?
2.Minimum?3?years*?solid?experience?in?tax?compliance?and?tax?consultancy?work;?
3.Ability?to?handle?assignments?independently?and?meet?tight?deadlines;?
4.Strong?analytical?and?highly?commitment?to?quality?client?service;?
5.Be?mature,?proactive,?motivated?with?strong?sense?of?teamwork;?
6.Good?sense?of?business,?consultation?skills,?communication?skills,?self-?
initiation,?teamwork?spirit?and?willingness?to?work?under?pressure?
7.Excellent?written?and?oral?communication?skills?in?both?English?and?Mandarin?
Chinese,?including?both?technical?and?business?writing,?documentation?and?
presentation?skills.?
Desirable:?
1.?Experience?in?international?taxation?and?transfer?pricing?is?a?definite?
advantage;?
2.?Spoken?French?will?be?an?added?advantage.
