2.?Design,?select,?edit,?and?manage?training?materials;?manage?and?imput?training?records.
3.?Seek?all?kinds?of?training?resources,?submit?new?trainging?plan?and?evaluate?training?demands?and?training?efficiency.
4.?Guide?staff's?careers.
5.Liaise?external?training.
6.?Managing?the?awards?and?voilation?of?employee?and?notice?board?information?updating
7.?Updating?training?policy?and?procudure
Necesarry?professional?knowledge:
1.Bachelor?degree?or?above
2.3?+?years?working?in?training?and?employee?relationship?of?manufactory,?know-how?in?all?HR?functions?is?a?plus.
3.Familiar?with?labor?law?and?regulations
4.Proficient?in?English?(listening?and?writing,speaking?skills?will?be?prefered)
5.Excellent?in?MS?Office.
