Responsibilities:
? Determine?and?monitor?objectives?and?sales?targt?to?budget/forecasts?on?a?daily,?weekly?and?monthly?basis;
? Monitoring?all?expenses?and?costs?within?the?store?in?order?to?achieve?positive?store?contribution?and?be?in?line?with?the?set?budget?;
? Pushing?ongoing?growth?of?the?store’s?turnover;
? Identifying?store?investments?and?making?appropriate?suggestion?;
? Managing?store?operations:?Replenishment,?regular?and?year-end?inventories,?visual?merchandising,?etc.;
? Ongoing?control?of?store?security,?compliance?with?procedures;
? Training?and?developing?the?shop?staffs?in?order?to?achieve?best?business?results?and?acting?as?their?mentor;
? Managing?daily?administration?tasks?and?reporting.
Requirements:
? 4?years’?luxury?retail?experience?with?at?least?2?years?in?supervisory?level?;?Experience?in?Men’s?brand?is?preferred;
? Strong?business?sense?of?retail?service,?passion?in?retail?operations;
? Excellent?leadership,?presentation?and?communication?skills;?
? Self-driven?and?able?to?work?under?pressure;
? Knowledge?of?computer?applications;
? Good?command?of?English?communication?skills.?
