Responsibilities:
-?Participates?in?sourcing?activities,?evaluating?and?selecting?of?suppliers
-?Analyze?and?translate?the?technical?drawings?and?documents?from?Germany?clients
-?Negotiations?with?suppliers?for?the?quotation,?support?cost?reduction?program?for?new?and?existing?projects?to?ensure?that?the?needs?of?the?customer?are?met?at?a?cost?that?enables?profitable?performance
-?Proactively?works?with?suppliers?and?cross-functional?QC?team?including??to?understand?Clients’?technical?requirements?and?deliverables
-?In?charge?of?the?export?documentation?and?logistics?arrangement
-?Be?involved?in?other?tasks?so?as?to?enhance?the?suppliers?product?quality?control?by?pre-shipment?and?the?factory?quality?management?audit
-?Conduct?the?work?report?to?client?monthly?in?order?to?ensure?all?clients’?requirements?are?being?met?that?deficient?areas?are?receiving?the?proper?level?of?focus,?attention?and?improvement
Requirements:
-?Diploma?/?Bachelor?Degree?preferably?in?Engineering
-?More?than?1?year?working?experience?in?procurement?and?supplier?management
-?Good?inter-personal?and?communication?skills?are?necessary,?pro-activeness?are?strongly?desired
-?Ability?to?work?independently?with?suppliers?and?customers?at?all?levels?and?with?various?cultural?background,?be?able?to?work?in?a?fast-paced?environment
-?Fluency?in?English,?CET6?/?TEM4?or?above,?Garman?is?an?advantage
