Responsibilities:
·?Participate?in?the?business?development?of?fund?investing?in?Hong?Kong?equities?and?Manage?client?asset?allocation?
·?Develop?and?manage?overseas?(non-HK)?fund?and?bond?portfolios
·?Provide?investment?strategy?on?equity?structured?product?consistently?on?a?risk-adjusted?basis
·?Oversee?the?trading?functions?of?the?Company?and?take?necessary?actions?to?ensure?all?business?activities?comply?with?SFC?rules?and?regulations?as?well?as?the?Company's?policies?and?guidelines
·?Provide?training?to?staff?on?compliance?related?matters
·?Assist?in?preparation?of?annual?investment?plans?and?budgets
Requirements:
University?degree?and/or?professional?qualifications?in?Finance?/?Economics?/?Law?/?Accounting
At?least?3-5?years'?working?experience?in?HK?Equity
Competent?knowledge?in?equity?as?well?as?global?market?environment?including?Chinese?equity?market
Good?knowledge?on?equity?related?investment?methodology?using?warrants,?futures,?option,?structure?product,?etc
Sound?knowledge?of?SFO,?regulations?and?guidelines
Strong?analytical,?leadership,?interpersonal?and?presentation?skills?to?interact?effectively?with?all?levels?of?staff?and?external?parties
Proficient?in?spokenand?written?English?&?Chinese,?Mandarin?is?a?must
