GENERAL?STATEMENT?OF?RESPONSIBILITIES:
A?critical?member?of?the?plant?management?team,?directing?plant?accounting?practices,?supervising?all?accounting?functions?related?to?the?preparation?of?financial?statements,?business?planning,?budgeting,?expense?control,?analyzing?and?making?recommendations?regarding?profitability?of?the?business.???Specific?responsibilities?include:
? Acts?as?a?financial?advisor?to?plant?management?providing?financial?reports,?analysis?and?planning,?budget?control,?accounting?methods?and?profit/loss?reporting.
? Financial?analysis?and?reporting?to?business?group?management?monthly,?quarterly,?annually.
? Designs?and?implements?sound?internal?controls?that?will?ensure?the?safeguarding?of?company?assets?in?a?cost?effective?manner
? Prepares?various?statistical?reports,?as?required?by?plant?management?to?assist?with?business?decisions?and?development
? Takes?initiative?to?search?for?and?recommend?changes?and?improvements?to?systems,?productivity?measures.
? Establishes?and?implements?as?required?policies?and?procedures?following?accepted?US?GAAP,?IRS?and?Federal?Mogul?concepts?and?standards
? Other?projects?and?duties?as?required?as?a?key?member?of?the?plant?management?team.

JOB?REQUIREMENTS:
? Bachelor?degree?in?Accounting?or?Finance?or?related?field?required.?CPA/CMA/MBA?preferred.
? Minimum?five?(5)?years?experience?in?a?manufacturing?environment;?preferably?in?either?cost?or?managerial?accounting
? Knowledge?and?experience?with?financial?systems?a?must
? Excellent?verbal?and?written?communication?skills?in?the?English?language
? Working?understanding?of?US?GAAP?and?PRC?GAAP
? Demonstrated?interpersonal,?integrity?and?leadership?capability
? Strong?prioritization?and?organization?skills
? Ability?to?function?effectively?in?a?matrix?management?reporting?relationship
