-?Conduct?recruiting?activities?with?support?from?global?HR?team,?searching?firms,?staffing?center?and?HR?assistant;
-?Coach?line?managers?on?interview?skills?and?new?employee?management;
-?Monitor?and?evaluate?various?channels?to?improve?hiring?efficiency?and?effectiveness.
-?Facilitating?internal?transfers.
-?Support?business?manager?to?implement?new?employee?on?boarding.?Ensure?on-boarding?training?is?implemented?with?high?quality?as?required.?Perform?HR?training?to?new?employee;
-?Support?business?manager?to?execute?probation?review;
-?Others?assigned?by?HRM.
Job?Requirements:
Bachelor?Degree?or?above,?at?least?3?years?working?experience?in?recruitment.
-?Knowledge?in?automotive?industry?is?a?plus.
-?Demonstrated?skill?in?recruiting.
-?Certain?experience?under?global?matrix?organization?(with?different?stakeholders.)
-?Good?English?skills.
