Responsibilities:

-?To?make?out?spreadsheet?of?quotations?conscientiously?for?each?inquires?received?from?customers.
-To?send?and?follow?up?on?quotations?systemically?until?business?is?confirmed?Won?or?Lost
-To?input?and?update?all?quotes?into?"Sales?Force"?system?on?time.
-To?instruct?new?booking?to?operation?colleague?with?full?information?once?receiving?the?request?from?customer.
-To?maintain?and?update?results?of?all?Sales?leads.
-To?build?relationship?and?confidence?with?new?customers.
-To?maintain?an?healthy?relationship?with?existing?customers?while?keeping?track?and?knowledge?of?their?business.
-To?solve?compliant?of?customers?in?a?proper?and?timely?manner?by?means?of?coordination?with?operation?or?finance?team.
-To?submit?application?of?credit?term?per?customer's?demand?procedurally,?collect?adequate?business?information?and
evaluate
the?credit?of?customer.
-To?handle?VIP?and?confidential?agreements?with?appropriate?judgment.
-To?prepare?proposals,?reports?and/or?presentations?as?needed
-To?update?and?keep?current?the?contact?list?and?general?information?about?customers?in?the?FLOW/SFDC?system?database
-To?maintain?an?efficient?work?environment?and?act?as?a?true?team?player?with?outside?sales?colleagues
-To?answer?at?the?best?of?ability?inquiries?from?the?clients?and?ensure?customer?satisfaction
-To?improve?the?promotion?of?multiple?JFH?products?to?new?and?existing?customers?through?a?proactive?approach?whenever
there?is?an?opportunity?for?sales.
-To?complete?other?assignments?by?supervisor.
Requirement:
-Bachelor?degree?or?above
-at?least?2?years?sales?support?experience?for?international?logistics?company
