崗位職責(zé):
Job?Description
1、貨物出運(yùn)后的單證制作與簽發(fā)
Check?and?issue?bill?of?lading?after?goods?ship?out.
2、費(fèi)用結(jié)算
Make?statement?to?client.??
3、文件歸檔/結(jié)賬
Filing?and?billing.
4、核銷(xiāo)單的退還
Return?declared?export?documents?to?client.?
5、“退關(guān)”操作
Operation?for?Cancel?booking?and?return?container;
6、“并單”操作
Operation?for?combination?bill?of?lading;
7、電放操作
Operation?for?talex?release?information;
8、異地放單、換簽
Release?BL/exchange?BL/re-issue?BL?in?3rd?place;?
9、船期信息的維護(hù)及更新
Update?and?maintain?for?the?shipping?schedule.
10、完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交付的其他工作?
Complete?other?work?which?is?arranged?by?leaders
崗位要求：
Position?Requirements?
1、全日制大學(xué)?？苹蛞陨?
Full-time?undergraduate?or?above
2、專業(yè)：國(guó)際貿(mào)易，國(guó)際航運(yùn)，航空管理優(yōu)先?
The?major?of?international?trade,?international?shipping?and?air?management?related?is?preferred?
3、辦公自動(dòng)化，表單制作能力良好?
Be?good?at?using?Office?software?and?exel?
4、英文讀寫(xiě)俱佳?
Writing?and?speaking?in?English?is?superb?
5、抗壓能力強(qiáng)，肯吃苦?
Strong?pressure?tolerance,?willing?to?endure?hardship?
6、有2年以上貨代工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)?
2?years?above?forwarding?working?experience?
7、熟悉海運(yùn)整箱/拼箱的操作流程
Be?familiar?with?the?process?of?the?shipping?box?full?of?lcl?process
