英文科技期刊助理編輯
一、工作職責
數學類期刊需2名助理編輯:
具體職責：
1.?對稿件進行注冊記錄；
2.?組織同行評審；
3.?通過電話和郵件與作者、審稿人、客座編輯進行交流；
4.?對稿件進行加工排版；
5.?記錄稿件和信函狀態(tài)，并按要求書寫工作報告；
6.?幫助聯系雜志編委，處理郵件清單；
7.?其他指派的任務。
二、?職位要求
1、?數學，應用數學，理學專業(yè)背景。
2、?本科或以上學歷，本科須就讀于重點大學，發(fā)表過英文學術論文者優(yōu)先考慮。
3、?大學英語六級及以上，突出的英語聽、說、讀、寫能力。
4、?熟練使用微軟操作系統(tǒng)和辦公軟件。
5、?良好的語言表達能力和溝通能力，思維敏捷，工作耐心細致。
6、?優(yōu)秀畢業(yè)生，獎學金獲得者，有海外留學經歷者優(yōu)先。
