-?為客戶在行業(yè)內(nèi)搜尋符合資格的候選人
-?熟練運用不同的人才搜尋途徑,包括陌生電話尋訪
-?獨立進行結(jié)構(gòu)化面試(電話面試/面對面的面試)
-?及時在數(shù)據(jù)庫中更新候選人的職業(yè)經(jīng)歷、技能、優(yōu)勢和不足等信息
-?管理候選人的期望值和整個招聘流程
-?撰寫候選人背景報告呈交客戶
-?為候選人做好充分的面試準(zhǔn)備,以提高候選人與客戶面試的成功率
-?必要時與客戶進行有效的職位溝通
-?與候選人建立良好的關(guān)系
-??能進行開發(fā)新客戶的工作,并能培訓(xùn)新人
