The?Role:
As?Product?Manager,?you?will?play?a?important?role?in?developing?and?scaling?our?BI?products.
Utilizing?agile?development?techniques,?you?will?be?at?the?center?of?the?product?development?process,?coordinating?Design?and?Engineering?to?produce?a?first?class?product?with?substantial?innovation?in?each?new?release.?You?will?think?strategically?about?product?roadmaps,?use?data-driven?analysis,?and?roll?up?your?sleeves?to?manage?the?details?of?the?products/releases.
Responsibilities:
Create?and?maintain?Product?definition:?with?input?from?business?stakeholders,?develop?business?and?product?specification?documents,?user?interface?flows,?prioritize?needs,?manage?prioritization?milestones?and?product?roadmap
Work?closely?with?software?development?team?to?manage?product?launches
Measure?and?Improve:?analyze?the?results?of?product?and?customer?feedback?to?drive?improvements?through?scalable,?scrappy?new?features?and?processes?to?optimize?our?resources?at?all?times?and?exceed?your?goals?to?achieve?success
Establish?evaluation?criteria?to?determine?product?success
Guide?core?product?development?projects,?serving?as?an?interface?between?all?stakeholders
Develop?and?execute?product?launch?plans:?scope?new?releases?and?iterations?based?on?backlog?priority?and?size
Evaluate?and?provide?feedback?throughout?the?development?cycle
Manage?customer?notification?of?new?product?releases:?conduct?outbound?customer?communications,?such?as?webinars,?email?notifications,?and?more,?around?new?releases
Continuously?improve?the?product?development?process
Qualifications:
Experience?in?software?product?management?for?web-based,?consumer-facing?applications?is?essential.
Experience?with?Software?as?a?Service?/?Subscription?model?is?ideal.
Experience?in?web-based?software?product?management
Good?information?interactive?and?UI?skills
Ability?to?quickly?understand?product?and?market?dynamics
