中美教育研究與交流中心（英文名稱international?partnership?of?education?research?and?communication，簡稱iperc）總部設在美國俄亥俄州。秉承促進中美兩國教育文化交流與合作的宗旨，iperc致力于中美教育和文化的推廣工作，為中國學子赴美留學交流、精英教師海外進修、美國大中學師生訪華，中美教師赴美任教、中美兩國高等院校學術合作等方面提供權威的咨詢信息及專業(yè)的申請服務。
iperc目前已經與全美150多所大、中學校及教育機構建立了廣泛的合作關系。?已幫助中國8個省份20所教育機構與美國教育機構建立了合作交流項目。已組織了數(shù)百名美國教育機構官員及教師、近千名美國學生和家庭訪問中國;已幫助數(shù)百名中國學生赴美留學，近千名中國學生參加各類短期交換項目及科學競賽等交換活動。

通過中美學校交流合作項目為學校提供高品質學術及素質教育的支持，從而推動學校與國際化教育接軌，幫助教師們建立國際視野，幫助學生更加完善地發(fā)展自我。
