The?Customer?Service?Coordinator?works?as?a?liaison?across?sales,?after?sales,?operations?and?procurement?and?have?the?ability?to?identify?and?recommend?process?improvements?that?increase?productivity,?increase?customers?satisfaction,?and?eliminate?redundancy?and?inefficiency.?The?main?objective?for?the?role?is?to?ensure?the?highest?level?of?customer?satisfaction?with?HealthPro?service?and?support,?post-sale?through?the?life?of?the?product.
