Liaising?with??the?Editors-in-Chief?and?Editorial?Board?Members,?coordinating?the?peer-reviewing?and?editing?of?manuscript?submitted?to?the?journal,?planning?for?the?strategy?and?scientific?scope?of?the?journal,?including?organizing?special?issues?on?hot?topics?and?moving?fronts?in?the?disciplines?covered?by?the?journal.
Required?Qualifications
.??PhD?or?Master?degree?required.?Excellent?graduates?with?Bachelor?degree?can?also?be?considered
.??Scientific?background?in?Biology,Chemistry?and?Pharmacy?is?preferred
.??Proficient?command?of?both?spoken?and?written?English?(CET?6?or?above)
.??Previous?experience?in?academic?journal?editing?or?management?is?desirable
.??Ability?to?work?independently,?handle?detailed?work
.??Ability?to?work?under?pressure

一、工作職責(zé)
與各國(guó)作者，審稿人，主編和編委聯(lián)系，協(xié)調(diào)同行評(píng)審，關(guān)注學(xué)科前沿?zé)狳c(diǎn)問(wèn)題，建特刊，界定期刊范圍和制定發(fā)展策略，負(fù)責(zé)期刊的發(fā)展和壯大。
二、?職位要求
1、?生物，化學(xué)，藥學(xué)相關(guān)專業(yè)背景；
2、碩士以上學(xué)歷，本科須就讀于重點(diǎn)大學(xué)，發(fā)表過(guò)英文學(xué)術(shù)論文者優(yōu)先考慮；
3、?大學(xué)英語(yǔ)六級(jí)及以上，突出的英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、讀、寫能力；
4、?熟練使用微軟操作系統(tǒng)和辦公軟件；
5、?良好的語(yǔ)言表達(dá)能力和溝通能力，思維敏捷，工作耐心細(xì)致；
6、?優(yōu)秀畢業(yè)生，獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金獲得者，有海外留學(xué)經(jīng)歷者優(yōu)先。
