Organize?and?manage?peer-review?process,?communicate?with?Editors-in-Chief?and?Editorial?Board?Members,?acquire?high?quality?topical?and?special?issues,?by?pro-actively?analyzing?possible?topics?and?by?approaching?guest?editors?and?potential?authors.?The?job?will?focus?on?the?daily?operations?of?Entropy'?and?other?intra-section?international?journals.?International?communication?by?email?and?phone?will?happen?on?a?daily?basis.?We?need?well-organized?people,?who?can?work?independently?and?have?excellent?English?skills.
Required?Qualifications
.??PhD,?Master?degree?in?Science?required?(Mathematics,?Physics,?Informatics,?etc)
.??EXCELLENT?ENGLISH:?written?and?spoken?(CET?6?or?above)
.??Previous?experience?in?academic?journal?editing?or?management?is?preferred?(Some?knowledge?of?academic?journals;?some?experience?with?scientific?publishing,?e.g.?published?a?paper,?worked?as?assistant?editor)
.??Highly?independent
.??Able?to?work?under?pressure
.??Able?to?work?across?cultures
.??Proficiency?in?Microsoft?Office?is?desired.

一、工作職責
與各國作者，審稿人，主編和編委聯(lián)系，協(xié)調(diào)同行評審，關注學科前沿熱點問題，建特刊，界定期刊范圍和制定發(fā)展策略，負責期刊的發(fā)展和壯大。
二、?職位要求
1.?物理（理論物理、地球空間科學等）、信息科學、工程科學、統(tǒng)計、數(shù)學（純、應用）等專業(yè)背景；
2.?碩士或以上學歷，本科須就讀于重點大學，發(fā)表過英文學術論文者優(yōu)先考慮；
3.?大學英語六級及以上，突出的英語聽、說、讀、寫能力；
4.?優(yōu)秀畢業(yè)生，獎學金獲得者，具有國際出版相關經(jīng)驗者，有海外留學經(jīng)歷者優(yōu)先；
5.?良好的語言表達能力，溝通能力以及獨立工作的能力，思維敏捷，工作耐心細致。
