1.?Monitor?and?ensure?system?is?updated?timely?&?accurately
2.?Reply?to?customers/related?parties'?queries?on?outbound?documentation?issues
3.?Ensure?the?documentation?instructions?from?Principal?and?other?ports'?agents?are?duly?understood;?clearly?communicate?the?instructions?with?related?staff?for?follow-up?actions
4.?Prepare?documents?and?reports?to?Principals?/?relevant?departments?/?parties?on?request
5.?Coordinate?with?related?parties?for?any?system?problems?or?system?developing
6.?Monitor?the?requirements?of?local?port?authorities?and?make?sure?to?meet?the?local?statutory?requirements
7.?Monitor,?review?and?improve/amend?the?internal?operating?procedures?
8.?Monitor?and?perform?document?control?for?quality?check
9.?Carry?out?all?relevant?duties?as?outlined?in?the?Company?procedures?and?policies
10.Perform?any?other?job?duties?assigned?by?immediate?supervisor?and?management
Requirement:
-University?graduate?or?above
-Good?command?in?English,?CET6?or?above
-PC?literate?in?MS?Office
-At?least?3?years?working?experience?in?the?import?transport?documentation?or?shipping?industry?or?similar?field?preferred
-Well?understand?local?shipping?operation?and?practice
-Good?communication?skill
-Be?a?self-starter?and?can?work?independently?
-Have?a?positive?and?constructive?attitude?
-People?management?skills.?Supervisory?experience?preferred.?
