Job?Purpose
The?Assistant?Accountant?is?responsible?for?applying?accounting?principles?and?procedures?to?analyze?financial?information,?prepare?accurate?and?timely?accounting?entry?and?ensure?appropriate?accounting?control?procedures.?Successful?performance?of?the?work?requires?good?knowledge?of?governmental?accounting?practices?and?procedures?and?fiscal?management.
Responsibilities
?Entry?accurate?and?timely?accounting?entry.
?Ensure?all?original?and?relevantly?document?properly?documented.
?Assist?bank?transaction,?issue?and?indentify?fapiao?work.
?Ensure?financial?records?are?maintained?in?compliance?with?accepted?policies?and?procedures.
?Monitor?expenditures,?ensuring?data?is?recorded?in?the?company’s?financial?accounting?system.
?Compile?and?analyze?financial?information?to?prepare?financial?statements?including?monthly?and?annual?accounts.
?Ensure?financial?reporting?deadlines?are?met.
?Assist?financial?management?reports.
?Resolve?accounting?discrepancies?and?irregularities.
?Support?taxation?issues.
?Develop?and?maintain?financial?data?bases.
?Calculate?and?prepare?reimbursement?billings?and?tracks?receivables;?Reconcile?monthly?accounts?receivable.
?Assist?with?the?preparation?of?daily,?weekly,?and?monthly?financial?processes,?activities,?and?reports.
Requirements
? Over?3-year?experiences?in?accounting?areas
? Bachelor?degree?or?above,?subject?in?accounting?is?preferable.
? Proficient?in?English?communication?both?in?written?and?spoken.
? Team-work?spirit.
? Excellent?communication?and?coordination?skills.
