主要負(fù)責(zé)向住宅屋主銷售公司產(chǎn)品與服務(wù),須了解公司最新的銷售情況,以各種方式及時與客戶交流,提供優(yōu)質(zhì)的售后服務(wù),向顧客發(fā)送最新的市場行情、訂單詳情,詳細(xì)深入交流購買程序、售后跟進(jìn)支持等業(yè)務(wù),務(wù)求在整個銷售過程服務(wù)顧客。

? Identify?prospects?utilizing?creative?lead?generating?techniques

? Present?sales?presentation?and?proposal?to?prospects,?identifying?positive?features?and?advantages?of?products?and?services?over?those?of?the?competition
負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品和銷售方案的演示,明確把握產(chǎn)品與服務(wù)的優(yōu)勢與競爭力,對現(xiàn)有客戶電話回訪和售后服務(wù)拜訪。
? Adhere?to?company?policies,?procedures,?products,?programs?and?services
遵守公司規(guī)定與辦事流程,熟知公司產(chǎn)品、計劃與服務(wù)。
? Follow?up?with?prospects
跟進(jìn)了解銷售前景。
? Process?work?orders?and?complete?all?paperwork?in?accordance?with?approved?and?standardized?procedures
依照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)程序,處理各類訂單,完善所有文書工作。
? Maintain?customer?retention?by?affirming?customer?satisfaction?after?the?completion?of?both?6?and?12?months?of?service.
在半年或一年服務(wù)期滿后,通過對客戶進(jìn)行滿意度調(diào)查保持良好的關(guān)系。
? Prepare?action?plans?and?schedules?to?identify?specific?targets?and?to?project?the?number?of?contacts?to?be?made.
根據(jù)銷售目標(biāo)與預(yù)計的合同數(shù),妥善擬定行動計劃與日程安排。
? Follow?up?on?new?leads?and?referrals?resulting?from?field?activity.
在銷售活動后,跟進(jìn)所有新的交易機會與各類轉(zhuǎn)介。
? Identify?sales?prospects?and?contact?these?and?other?accounts?as?assigned.
把握銷售的發(fā)展前景,并根據(jù)安排,與公司的長期客戶保持聯(lián)系。
? Prepare?presentations,?proposals?and?sales?contracts.
準(zhǔn)備各類演示演講、提案與銷售合同。
? Develop?and?maintain?sales?materials?and?current?product?knowledge.
制作并維護(hù)銷售材料,時時更新自身對產(chǎn)品的認(rèn)識。
? Establish?and?maintain?current?client?and?potential?client?relationships.
與現(xiàn)有客戶以及潛在客戶建立良好的關(guān)系。
? Prepare?paperwork?to?activate?and?maintain?contract?services.
為簽訂以及維護(hù)合同擬好相關(guān)文書。
? Identify?and?resolve?client?concerns
明確客戶要求,解決客戶問題。
? Prepare?a?variety?of?status?reports,?including?activity,?closings,?follow-up,?and?adherence?to?goals.
緊跟設(shè)定目標(biāo),準(zhǔn)備各類報告,包括市場銷售、收市、跟進(jìn)服務(wù)等情況。
? Participate?in?marketing?events.
參與市場銷售業(yè)務(wù)。
? Communicate?accurate?data?collected?and?provide?complete?information?to?Customer?Relationship?Management?system?(CRM)?&?ERP.
收集數(shù)據(jù),并將全部信息提供給客戶關(guān)系管理系統(tǒng)(CRM)與企業(yè)資源計劃(ERP)。
