Main?responsibilities/主要職責：
1. In?charge?of?software?design?for?new?products?(Transmitter,?Receiver,?Controller?and?so?on).
負責新產品軟件設計（發(fā)射器，接收器，控制器等）。
2. Maintain?the?software?of?existing?products?(debug,?redesign,?archive,?etc.).
現(xiàn)有產品的軟件維護（調試，更新，歸檔等）。
3. Create?documentation/report?for?software?design,?debug,?test,?modification?etc.
編制軟件設計，調試，測試和修改等工作的相關文件和報告。
4. Technical?support?for?supplier?and?customer.
對供應商和客戶的技術支持。
Main?activities/主要活動：
1. Work?with?hardware?engineer?for?MCU?selection.
和硬件工程師一起完成單片機的選型。
2. Define?the?interface?for?software?and?hardware.
定義軟硬件接口。
3. Software?detailed?design?base?on?product?functional?specification.
根據(jù)產品功能說明設計軟件。
4. List?and?follow?up?the?software?open?points.
記錄并跟蹤軟件中存在的問題。
5. Source?code?development?respect?coding?rules.
按照編碼規(guī)范開發(fā)源代碼。
6. Software?integration?tests?report.
軟件綜合測試報告。
7. Software?version?history?control.
軟件版本控制。
8. Software?programming?specification.
軟件燒錄說明。
9. Documents?archive.
文件歸檔。
10. Debug?existing?software.
現(xiàn)有軟件調試。
11. Redesign?or?modify?existing?software?base?on?the?requirement?from?superiors.
根據(jù)上級的要求重新設計或修改現(xiàn)有的軟件。
12. Update?the?software?for?existing?product?respect?ECR/ECN?process.
按照ECR/ECN流程更新現(xiàn)有產品的軟件。
13. Support?supplier?for?product?functional?test?during?PCBA?producing.
支持供應商在PCBA生產過程中的功能測試。
14. Support?customer?(interior?and?exterior)?for?product?issues?link?to?software.
支持客戶（內部和外部）遇到的和軟件相關的產品問題。
Main?KPI/主要績效指標：
1. Software?On?Time?Delivery:?85%?of?target?achieved?at?least.
軟件按時交付：至少完成目標的85%。
2. Software?full?function?achieved?and?qualified?by?quality?department.
達到軟件的所有功能，并通過質量部門的驗證。
3. 8D:?achieving?3D/5D?standard?lead?time?defined?by?the?company?goal.
8D：在公司8D目標定義的時間內完成3D/5D。

Required?qualifications?and/or?experience?: Other?characteristics?or?qualities?required?:
1. Bachelor?degree?majoring?in?electrical?field.
電子相關領域學士學位。
2. At?least?3?years?of?MCU?software?design.
至少3年單片機軟件設計相關經驗。
3. Be?familiar?with?software?design?for?8?or?16?bits?MCU?(PIC,?Free?scale,?Atmel,?MSP430?etc.).
熟悉基于8位/16位單片機的軟件設計。
4. Be?familiar?with?common?communication?protocols:?I2C,?SPI,?and?UART?RS232.
熟悉通用通訊協(xié)議。
5. Be?able?to?design?software?in?C?language?with?good?habit.?C?and?assembly?language?is?better.
能夠用良好的C語言習慣設計軟件。最好同時會C語言和匯編語言。
6. Be?able?to?debug?the?software?with?simulation?software.
能夠用仿真軟件調試軟件。
7. Be?familiar?with?C++,?VB,?Java,?VBA?or?LabVIEW?is?better.
熟悉C++，VB，Java，VBA或LabVIEW等優(yōu)先。
1. Be?able?to?communicate?in?English?by?written?and?spoken.
能夠用英語進行書面和口語溝通。
