崗位職責(zé):1.?Outgoing?Quality?Controla)?To?implement?and?maintain?the?respective?test?specification?and?work?instruction?for?incoming?inspection.b)?To?keep?close?communications?with?supplier?/?customers?to?unify?the?incoming?inspection?criteria.c)?To?monitor?and?prevent?any?non-conforming?finish?goods?to?be?delivered?and?exclude?any?non-conforming?material?from?production?use.1.?來料質(zhì)量控制a)?貫徹并維護(hù)來料審核的測試規(guī)范和工作指示;b)?密切與供應(yīng)商、客戶聯(lián)系,保持接收標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的統(tǒng)一;c)?監(jiān)控來料質(zhì)量狀況,防止不合格品交付給生產(chǎn)線;2.?Supplier?ManagementTo?highlight?the?incoming?quality?performance?to?supplier?and?conduct?on-site?audit?at?supplier?if?necessary?in?order?to?urge?supplier?for?continuous?improvement.2.?供應(yīng)商管理定期將進(jìn)料的質(zhì)量表現(xiàn)反饋給供應(yīng)商,并對供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場審核(如果需要)以敦促供應(yīng)商持續(xù)改進(jìn)其產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量;3.?Corrective?Action?and?Preventive?Action?Following?UpTo?review?the?corrective?and?preventive?action?taken?to?quality?complaints?related?to?raw?material,?parts?and?sub-assembly?and?follow?up?tits?effectiveness?and?implementation?status.3.?糾正預(yù)防措施跟蹤對于針對原材料、零部件及半成品的質(zhì)量投訴所采取的糾正和預(yù)防措施進(jìn)行審查,并跟蹤其有效性和執(zhí)行情況;4.?In-house?Made?Parts?Quality?ControlTo?monitor?the?quality?status?of?in-house?made?parts,?report?the?respective?data?and?quality?issue?to?superior?and?respective?departments?to?push?the?improvement?of?quality.4.?內(nèi)部生產(chǎn)零部件的質(zhì)量控制監(jiān)督內(nèi)部生產(chǎn)零部件的質(zhì)量狀況,并把有關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)及質(zhì)量問題報(bào)告給上級和相關(guān)部門并推動質(zhì)量的改善;5.?First?Article?InspectionTo?handle?the?first?article?inspection,?and?follow?up?whole?process?of?first?article?till?it?is?approved.5.?首次送樣檢驗(yàn)負(fù)責(zé)首次送樣產(chǎn)品的檢驗(yàn),并跟蹤整個(gè)過程直到批準(zhǔn);6.?Resource?organizationTo?organize?the?necessary?resources?and?trained?inspectors?to?conduct?incoming?inspection?activities?and?supervise?the?inspection?activity.6.?人員管理組織必要的資源和經(jīng)過培訓(xùn)的檢驗(yàn)員執(zhí)行來料質(zhì)量審核活動并對檢驗(yàn)活動提供監(jiān)督和指導(dǎo);7.?Customer?complaint?handling?To?investigate?and?give?detailed?reply?for?any?complaint?for?raw?material,?parts?and?sub-assembly?from?customers,?and?prevent?the?same?issue.?7.?客戶投訴處理對于所有由客戶提出的針對原材料、零部件及半成品的投訴,進(jìn)行調(diào)查并給出詳細(xì)的答復(fù),防止類似問題的再次發(fā)生;?崗位要求:1.?Bachelor?degree,?major?in?Mechanical,?Electromechanical?or?Quality?engineering;?1.?本科學(xué)歷,主修機(jī)械、機(jī)電一體化或質(zhì)量工程等相關(guān)專業(yè);2.?At?least?two?years?management?experience?in?manufacturing?quality?control?field;good?english?and?computer?skill2.?2年以上外資企業(yè)相關(guān)質(zhì)量控制工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);良好的英語和計(jì)算機(jī)能力;
