飛達帽業(yè)控股有限公司于一九八六年在香港成立，由集團主席顏禧強先生與其妻子，即集團副主席兼董事總經(jīng)理顏顏寶鈴女士，共同創(chuàng)辦。集團主要從事優(yōu)質(zhì)帽品的設(shè)計及生產(chǎn)，并于中國深圳、東莞及番禺自設(shè)廠房，生產(chǎn)一系列擁有專利商標(biāo)的休閑及時尚帽品，包括棒球帽、漁夫帽、冬天保暖帽、喼帽、禮帽、頭圍及太陽帽。廠房占地逾80,000平方米，聘有約3,500名員工。集團的客戶均為世界馳名、家喻戶曉的品牌，如new?era、華納兄弟、nba、mlb、ncaa、callaway、titleist、kangol、le?coq?sportif?及oakley等。目前，飛達帽業(yè)每年生產(chǎn)超過三千萬件帽品及超過五千個嶄新設(shè)計，于專利帽品市場中穩(wěn)占領(lǐng)導(dǎo)地位。
????集團于二零零四年與美國著名帽品零售商?╟?hat?world?corporation簽訂協(xié)議，于香港及中國開設(shè)「lids」帽品零售店。此舉不但有助集團進一步擴闊收入來源，同時更為其帽品制造業(yè)務(wù)締造可觀的協(xié)同效益。集團憑借「lids」帽品零售店建立了一個穩(wěn)健的零售平臺，并于??????二零零五年三月與promotional?partners?worldwide?limited于香港成立合營企業(yè)，共同于中國市場開設(shè)sanrio?/?hello?kitty專門店。此業(yè)務(wù)合作進一步擴展集團的業(yè)務(wù)范圍，由帽品零售業(yè)務(wù)至其它專利品牌產(chǎn)品，成功為集團開拓新收入來源。集團于二零零七年三月成功取得國際足球協(xié)會(“fifa”)的品牌帽品于2007至2014年期間之全球?qū)＠a(chǎn)權(quán)。于二零零六年六月，集團收購健豪制帽（番禺）有限公司，該廠生產(chǎn)***時尚品牌帽品，包括「kangol」品牌。此收購進一步拓展集團生產(chǎn)的帽品類別，至針織及其它時尚帽品。此舉不但有助集團進一步滲透美國市場，同時加快推動集團業(yè)務(wù)擴充至較追求時尚的日本和歐洲市場。
