2. Perform?chemical?reactions,?isolations,?separations,?purifications,?and?crystallizations?at?scales?ranging?from?0.5?g?to?5?Kg;
3. Demonstrate?strategic?thinking?when?developing?a?process;
4. Record?experimental?data?timely?and?check?team?members’?notebooks;
5. Manage?the?HSE?of?process?unit?operations;
6. Write?weekly?reports?and?communicate?with?HQ?by?email,?TC?or?VC;
7. Write?concise?final?reports?to?enable?successful?technology?transfers;
8. Provide?creative?ideas?to?solve?problems?with?respect?of?science?and?facilities.
Qualifications:
1. Master?degree?or?equivalent?in?synthetic?organic?chemistry?with?at?least?4?years?organic?process?research?or?development??experience;?or?PhD?degree?with?at?least?2?years?related?experience;
2. In-depth?theoretical?and?practical?knowledge?in?process?chemistry;
3. Strong?interpretation?and?manipulation?experience?in?common?spectroscopy?(NMR,?HPLC,?MS,?etc.)?and?modern?analytical?techniques?required;
4. Rich?experience?in?organic?process?unit?operations?on?Kg?scale;
5. Highly?self-motivated?to?contribute?practical?solutions?to?project?challenges,?outstanding?problem?solving?and?troubleshooting?skills;
6. Good?written?and?oral?English?communication?skills;
7. Good?interpersonal?communication?skills.
