-?Legal?advice?in?the?fields?of?foreign?direct?investment?in?China,?M&A,?Chinese?company?law,?general?contract?law?and?Chinese?labour?Law
-?Implementation?and?execution?of?national?and?international?transactions?and?investments
-?Support?of?our?legal?team?at?the?Beijing?office?in?all?upcoming?tasks
Requirements
-?Chinese?on?native-speaker?level,?fluent?in?writing?and?speaking?in?English?or?German.
-?Above-average?bachelor`s?or?master′s?degree?in?law?from?a?prestigious?Chinese?university
-?First?professional?experience?or?internships?in?the?field?of?foreign?direct?investment?in?China?desirable,?but?not?a?requirement
-?Ideally?experiences?in?legal?specialties?(e.g.?IPR,?financial?regulations,?procedural?law,?etc.)
-?Additional?qualifications?such?as?an?additional?degree?(LL.M.?or?similar),?or?passed?examination?to?Chinese?lawyer?of?advantage
-?High?commitment?and?motivation?as?well?as?highest?standards?of?own?performance
