項(xiàng)目管理工程師/Project?Management?Engineer1、崗位職責(zé)/Roles?and?Responsibilities根據(jù)公司總體工作規(guī)劃，編制公司工程項(xiàng)目管理實(shí)施計(jì)劃，依據(jù)計(jì)劃做好監(jiān)理、施工單位相關(guān)專業(yè)的協(xié)調(diào)與管理工作。Prepares?project?management?implementation?plan?according?to?the?overall?companybusiness?strategy?and?plan;?supervises?and?coordination?and?management?with?supervisionand?construction?units?as?planned.)（2）負(fù)責(zé)工程項(xiàng)目招標(biāo)資料、文件的審查和評(píng)標(biāo)工作，提出合理化建議；參加招標(biāo)工程圖紙答疑；負(fù)責(zé)本專業(yè)技術(shù)標(biāo)的審查。(Responsible?for?the?project?review?of?bidding?information,?documents?and?bid?evaluation,proposing?of?reasonable?suggestions;?participating?in?questions?answering?for?biddingengineering?drawings;?also,?responsible?for?the?technical?review?of?the?bid?within?ownprofessional?area.)（3）負(fù)責(zé)公司工程項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)圖紙和技術(shù)資料的會(huì)審和管理，做好設(shè)計(jì)交底的配合、對(duì)接和審查工作，負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)洽商和變更的確認(rèn)。(Co-verifying?and?managing?the?design?drawings?and?technical?materials?of?company'sengineering?projects;?undertaking?coordination,?communicating?and?review?of?designdisclosure;?negotiating?and?confirming?the?change?of?project?design.)（4）做好工程項(xiàng)目的技術(shù)質(zhì)量和安全工作，確保工程項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)階段、施工階段、竣工驗(yàn)收、維保階段的技術(shù)質(zhì)量和安全指標(biāo)符合相關(guān)規(guī)范和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。(Responsible?for?the?technical?quality?and?safety?of?projects;?ensuring?the?technical?qualityand?safety?standard?of?design,?construction,?final?acceptance?and?maintenance?of?projectscomplying?with?relevant?regulations?and?standards.)（5）組織審查竣工資料和對(duì)單位工程及單項(xiàng)工程初驗(yàn)和組織竣工驗(yàn)收，作出工程竣工及結(jié)算核定意見(jiàn)。(Organizing?the?review?of?acceptance?documents?and?preliminary?inspection?for?unit?andsubunit?of?projects,?plus?the?organization?of?final?acceptance;?finalizing?the?projectcompletion?and?settlement?verification.)（6）協(xié)助完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其它工作。(Assisting?in?other?tasks?if?assigned.)2、任職要求：Requirements（1）項(xiàng)目管理、工程管理、土木工程、工民建等相關(guān)專業(yè)，本科及以上學(xué)歷。(Project?management,?engineering?management,?civil?engineering?and?other?related?majors;Bachelor?degree?or?above.)（2）具有?5?年以上大型現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工、質(zhì)量或技術(shù)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。(5?years’?experience?of?large-scale?on-site?construction,?quality?or?technical?management.)（3）熟悉國(guó)家及地方相關(guān)法規(guī)、政策和建筑規(guī)范，精通建筑施工工藝。(Familiar?with?relevant?national?and?local?laws?and?regulations,?policies?and?buildingregulations,?proficient?in?building?construction?process.)（4）善于溝通，協(xié)調(diào)工程現(xiàn)場(chǎng)各方關(guān)系，有較強(qiáng)的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工組織能力。(Good?communication,?ability?to?coordinate?the?relationship?among?all?parties?on?theconstruction?site,?and?strong?ability?to?control?and?organize?construction?on-site.)（5）具有計(jì)算機(jī)操作能力，熟練使用?CAD?制圖軟件。(With?computer?operating?skills,?proficient?use?of?CAD.)（6）大學(xué)英語(yǔ)四級(jí)及以上，須具備熟練的英語(yǔ)口頭和書面表達(dá)能力。(CET-4?or?above,?fluent?English?(oral?and?written)?is?required.)（7）身體健康，無(wú)不良嗜好。(Healthy?and?no?bad?habits.)
