500強(qiáng)歐洲制藥公司，在武漢光谷路附近上班醫(yī)藥設(shè)備工程師?Pharmaceutical?Equipment?Engineer?1、崗位職責(zé)：?Job?Description?（1）根據(jù)公司設(shè)施設(shè)備運(yùn)行狀況、能耗情況、安全隱患和故障現(xiàn)象，分析和評(píng)估質(zhì)量和安?全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，制定預(yù)防性維護(hù)保養(yǎng)計(jì)劃、年度檢修計(jì)劃、節(jié)能措施和整改方案，并監(jiān)督和推動(dòng)?各項(xiàng)計(jì)劃和方案的落實(shí)。?(Analyzing?and?evaluating?the?quality?and?safety?risks?according?to?the?operation,?energy?consumption,?potential?safety?hazard?and?malfunction?of?facilities?and?equipment,?making?preventive?maintenance?and?annual?maintenance?plans,?energy?saving?measures,?plus?rectification?program;?Supervising?and?promoting?the?implementation?of?all?plans?and?programs.)?（2）負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)設(shè)備操作和維修人員進(jìn)行設(shè)備維護(hù)管理、培訓(xùn)和指導(dǎo)，參與相關(guān)安全生產(chǎn)技術(shù)?培訓(xùn)。?(Responsible?for?the?management,?training?and?guidance?of?equipment?operation?and?maintenance?staff,?participating?in?relevant?training?of?safety?production?technology.)?（3）編制部門(mén)月度和年度備品備件計(jì)劃，統(tǒng)計(jì)、分析和評(píng)價(jià)備品備件消耗和備用情況。編?制部門(mén)設(shè)備維修月度資金計(jì)劃和年度預(yù)算，合理控制設(shè)備維修費(fèi)用。?(Making?the?monthly?and?annual?plan?of?spare?parts?of?the?dept.;?Collecting,?analyzing?and?evaluating?the?consumption?and?reserve?of?spare?parts.?Making?the?monthly?fund?plan?and?annual?budget?on?equipment?repair?of?the?dept.?and?controlling?the?cost?at?a?reasonable?level.)?（4）負(fù)責(zé)公司設(shè)備固定資產(chǎn)管理，做好設(shè)備開(kāi)箱驗(yàn)收、安裝、調(diào)試、調(diào)撥、盤(pán)點(diǎn)和報(bào)廢以?及建立、整理和更新設(shè)備檔案工作。?(Responsible?for?the?management?of?the?equipment?fixed?assets,?and?relevant?works?about?equipment,?including?the?acceptance,?installing,?commissioning,?allocation?inventory?and?discarding,?also?the?establishment,?arrangement?and?updating?of?the?equipment?files.)?（5）負(fù)責(zé)公用工程系統(tǒng)和生產(chǎn)設(shè)備的軟件和硬件改進(jìn)、完善和技術(shù)指導(dǎo)，同時(shí)編制和更新?與之相關(guān)的文件資料。?(Responsible?for?the?improvement?and?technical?guidance?of?the?software?and?hardware?of?the?public?utility?system?and?production?equipment;?compile?and?update?the?related?documents?and?materials.)?（6）負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)備管道狀態(tài)標(biāo)識(shí)和安全標(biāo)識(shí)管理，定期檢驗(yàn)特種設(shè)備設(shè)施，確保符合相關(guān)質(zhì)量?標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和安全要求。?(Responsible?for?equipment?pipeline?status?identification?and?safety?sign?management,?regular?inspection?of?special?equipment?and?facilities?to?ensure?the?compliance?with?relevant?quality?standards?and?safety?requirements.)?（7）協(xié)助完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其它工作。?(Assisting?in?other?tasks?if?assigned.)?2、任職要求：Requirements?（1）制藥、機(jī)械和自動(dòng)化等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)，本科及以上學(xué)歷。?(Pharmacy,?mechanics?and?automation?related?majors;?Bachelor?degree?or?above.)?（2）具有?5?年以上醫(yī)藥設(shè)備維護(hù)或技術(shù)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。熟悉潔凈車(chē)間的生產(chǎn)設(shè)備工藝流程。?(5?years’?experience?related?to?the?pharmaceutical?equipment?maintenance?and?technology?management.?Familiar?with?the?producing?process?of?clean?room.)?（3）熟悉?GMP?或?FDA?法規(guī)、政策和質(zhì)量管理體系的相關(guān)知識(shí)。?(Familiar?with?the?regulation?and?policies?of?GMP?or?FDA,?plus?the?knowledge?of?quality?management.)?（4）具有較好的團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力、協(xié)調(diào)能力、溝通能力及邏輯思維能力。?(Good?ability?on?team?work?and?coordination,?communication?and?logic.)?（5）熟練使用電腦辦公軟件等。?(Full?control?of?MS?office?,Word、Excel、PowerPoint、AutoCAD?etc.)?（6）大學(xué)英語(yǔ)四級(jí)及以上，須具備熟練的英語(yǔ)口頭和書(shū)面表達(dá)能力。?(CET-4?or?above,?fluent?English?(oral?and?written)?is?required.)?（7）身體健康，無(wú)不良嗜好。?(Healthy?and?no?bad?habits.)
