1.?認(rèn)真分析現(xiàn)有客戶和潛在客戶的商業(yè)模式及特點(diǎn)，密切追蹤客戶動(dòng)態(tài)，主動(dòng)探求客戶需求或采購(gòu)計(jì)劃，并積極跟進(jìn)贏取訂單。
2.?對(duì)現(xiàn)有的客戶群體進(jìn)行科學(xué)分析，深度挖掘，打造穩(wěn)定安全的客戶結(jié)構(gòu)。
3.?通過(guò)展會(huì)(國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)展會(huì))和網(wǎng)絡(luò)等途徑，開(kāi)發(fā)新客戶，不斷培育新的業(yè)務(wù)增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)，充實(shí)客戶結(jié)構(gòu)。
4.?處理客戶詢盤(pán)，與客戶進(jìn)行專業(yè)的，有銷售水準(zhǔn)的外銷合同談判。
5.?接待客戶來(lái)訪。
6.?根據(jù)簽訂的外銷合同，下達(dá)生產(chǎn)單和配件單給生產(chǎn)部。
7.?配合跟單員和船務(wù)單證的工作，保證訂單的順利出運(yùn)。
8.?及時(shí)回收貨款，保證收匯安全。
9.?處理客戶投訴，索賠等售后問(wèn)題，積極與公司售后部門(mén)溝通。
