主要職能：Functions:??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????1、作為項(xiàng)目與客戶溝通的窗口；Be?the?interface?for?project?with?customer2、參與項(xiàng)目方案的討論和計(jì)劃書制定，以及項(xiàng)目各階段的評(píng)審；Attend?the??discussion?of?project?plan,?schedule?making?and?review?meeting?of?each?design??stage3、負(fù)責(zé)客戶會(huì)議實(shí)施和會(huì)議紀(jì)要；Be?responsible?for??meetings?with?customers?and?writing?meeting?minutes4、負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目過程中主要事件記錄、跟蹤、狀態(tài)更新；Be?responsible?for??major?events?record,?track?and?status?update?during?program?development5、負(fù)責(zé)匯總并更新客戶（SQ#）樣品制作過程狀態(tài)信息；Be?responsible?for??gathering?and?updating?the?status?of?sample?SQ?from?customers.6、協(xié)調(diào)各團(tuán)隊(duì)之間的配合，確保項(xiàng)目按計(jì)劃順利進(jìn)行；Coordinate?the?team?work?between?each?group??and?make?sure?the?project?goes?as?planned.7、對(duì)項(xiàng)目過程中的任何風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，要提前預(yù)警，通報(bào)各團(tuán)隊(duì)，降低時(shí)間和成本的損失。Advanced?alarm?to??each?group?for?any?risk?during?project?development?and?reduce?the?loss?of??development?time?and?cost.素質(zhì)要求：Qualifications:1.??電子或相關(guān)專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷；Bachelor’s?degree?or?above?in?Electric?Engineering2.??3年以上電源產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的經(jīng)歷，2年以上電源產(chǎn)品研發(fā)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)；At?least?three-year?power??product?development?experience?and?two-year?above?management?experience3.???熟悉研發(fā)體系，有系統(tǒng)性地的項(xiàng)目開發(fā)觀念；Be?familiar?with??development?process?and?has?system?development?concept4.??良好的英語聽說寫能力，良好的溝通和支持客戶的技巧；Fluent?in?English?writing?and?speaking,?good?communication?and?customer?service?skills.5.??臨時(shí)應(yīng)變處理能力。????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????Emergency?handling?capability.
