崗位職責(zé)：
1、負責(zé)模擬視頻信號到數(shù)字信號的轉(zhuǎn)化、傳輸、編碼、解碼，熟悉標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)視頻格式；2、熟悉各種主流的視頻格式，獨立設(shè)計視頻傳輸、編碼、解碼的算法設(shè)計和實現(xiàn)；
3、負責(zé)公司軟件的開發(fā)及修改工作，對客戶提出的問題及時作出回復(fù)，完成部門經(jīng)理以及公司臨時安排的工作；
4、按時向部門經(jīng)理匯報工作進程情況；
5、嚴(yán)格遵守公司員工相關(guān)管理制度規(guī)定，高效完成各項開發(fā)工作；
任職資格：
1、本科或以上學(xué)歷，計算機、圖像處理或相關(guān)專業(yè)；
2、3年以上視頻編程和處理或相關(guān)行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗，并具有大型項目研發(fā)經(jīng)驗；
3、熟悉圖像的變換和處理，精通DirectShow和音視頻編解碼；
4、熟悉各種音視頻文件格式、編解碼格式，以及流媒體協(xié)議HLS、RTSP、RTMP等；
5、熟練掌握C/C++，VC++，有SIMD編程經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先；
6、熟悉多線程，TCP/IP網(wǎng)絡(luò)編程；
7、精通開源軟件框架FFMPEG，并有基于FFMPEG做二次開發(fā)的經(jīng)驗；
8、具備良好的溝通能力,理解能力和學(xué)習(xí)能力,肯于鉆研技術(shù)難題,具有良好的團隊合作精神。

Qualifications：
1.Bachelor?or?above?degree,?majored?in?computer?science,?image?processing,?or?related?major;
2.3?years?of?video?programming?and?processing?or?related?industry?working?experience,?and?has?a?large?project?research?and?development?experience;
3.Familiar?image?transformation?and?processing,?proficient?in?DirectShow?audio?and?video?encoding?and?decoding;
4.Familiar?with?all?kinds?of?audio?and?video?format?file?formats,?codecs,?and?streaming?protocol?HLS,?RTSP,?RTMP,?etc;
5.Proficient?in?C/C?+?+,?vc?+?+,?SIMD?programming?experience?is?preferred;
6.Familiar?with?multithreading,?TCP/IP?network?programming;
7.FFMPEG?proficient?in?open?source?software?framework,?and?based?on?FFMPEG?to?do?secondary?development?experience;
