- Responsible?for?HR?reports&?Attendance?report,?etc.
- Implement?employee?enrolment,?demission?and?transfer?according?to?the?process.
Admin
- Organize?activities?(annual?dinner,?family?day?etc.)
- Reception?management.
- Admin?vendor?coaching.
- Assist?DC?Manager?in?daily?administration,?including?meeting?arrangement,reimbursement?etc.
- Daily?material?&?stationery?purchasing.
- Daily?vehicle?arrangement.
- Daily?staff?catering?arrangement.
- Office?landscaping.
- Related?admin?tasks?support.
