Job?description:
1. Ensure?that?all?the?dispute?tickets?are?processed?according?to?the?SOP?with?high?quality?and?on?time.確保所有申訴票據(jù)遵循流程高質(zhì)量和及時(shí)地處理
2. Communicate?with?different?departments?and?understand?their?needs.與各個(gè)部門溝通并理解它們的需求
3. Make?sure?to?have?documentation?and?SOPs?were?updated?on?time.確保能夠及時(shí)更新資料和流程文件
4. Make?sure?operation?result?meet?internal?KPI?standard.確保所有操作結(jié)果達(dá)到內(nèi)部KPI標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)定。
Requirements:
1. College?graduate?or?above大專或以上學(xué)歷，應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生
2. General?Knowledge?on?logistics.?具有一定的邏輯能力
3. Able?to?express?ideas?clearly?in?written?and?spoken?English?and?Mandarin.能夠同時(shí)用英語和中文書寫和口語溝通，能清楚地闡述觀點(diǎn)
