Main?Responsibilities:
-?Order?processing?from?the?point?of?order?taking?to?goods?delivery,?process?sales?orders,?enter?data?relating?to?customers?and?sales,?maintain?customer?database?in?company?system,?including?issue?invoice?to?customer?and?follow-up?payment
-?Customer?complaint?handling,?coordinate?with?relevant?department?to?investigate?and?settle?the?complaint,?and?ensure?response?to?customer?on?a?timely?manner
-?Create/update?customer?master?profile
-?Answer?customer?enquiry
-?Continuously?improve?customer?service?level?in?responsible?section?of?duty
-?Generate?purchase?orders?to?affiliated?production?centers?out?of?sales?orders?with?customers?and?follow?up?the?development?of?execution?of?purchase?orders
-?Overlook?the?whole?logistic?operation?starting?from?the?point?of?affiliated?production?centers?to?the?shipment?to?customers
Requirements:
-?Bachelor's?degree?or?above,?major?in?business?administration,?foreign?trade?or?other?related?fields
-?Good?communication?and?negotiation?skills
-?Good?coordinating?ability?and?good?team?work?spirit
