根據(jù)客戶要求和合同中規(guī)定的服務(wù)條款，提供令客戶滿意的高品質(zhì)服務(wù)
經(jīng)過上級(jí)批準(zhǔn)，根據(jù)操作規(guī)范，向客戶提供符合條件的救援計(jì)劃和方案
在整個(gè)服務(wù)過程中，與外部客戶、援助供應(yīng)商和內(nèi)部同事協(xié)調(diào)救援事宜，確保案件正確處理?
將案件處理內(nèi)容及和客戶溝通內(nèi)容正確輸入系統(tǒng)，以保證案件后續(xù)跟蹤能查詢到及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確的信息

中文流利，普通話標(biāo)準(zhǔn).?熟練使用英文交流（口語和書面），能掌握第三語言的話，優(yōu)先錄取。
善于處理緊急、繁雜的工作；具有一定的抗壓能力
適應(yīng)24小時(shí)輪班制制度，能上夜班
良好的溝通技巧
優(yōu)秀的客戶服務(wù)技巧和商務(wù)意識(shí)
良好的PC技巧(Word,?Excel,?Internet)
