Main?Job?Duties?and?Responsibilities主要工作職責(zé)Review?MRP?based?on?defined?planning?rules?and?processes,?with?proposal?and?execution;按照既定規(guī)則及流程，擬定和執(zhí)行物料需求計劃；Maintain?and?follow?planning?rules?to?ensure?the?consistency?across?the?company;貫徹執(zhí)行相關(guān)計劃規(guī)則，保持工作一致性；Manage?Purchase?Order?process?from?PO?issuing?to?delivery?follow?up;管理采購訂單流程，包括從訂單發(fā)單到出貨跟進；Routine?communication?with?suppliers?to?ensure?on?time?delivery;跟進供應(yīng)商以確保按時交貨；Close?coordination?with?Demand?Planning?team?in?forecasting?area;密切配合需求規(guī)劃團隊做好銷售預(yù)測；Close?coordination?with?Global?Intercompany?Logistic?Planners?in?the?areas?of?PO?delivery,?inventory?re-deployment?and?rescheduling;就采購單交貨、存貨調(diào)度及重訂進度，與集團內(nèi)其他地區(qū)分公司的物流計劃員緊密合作；Work?with?New?Product?team?and?Purchasing?team?in?the?pre-alignment?and?alignment?of?new?product?launch;與產(chǎn)品開發(fā)部和采購部一起做好新產(chǎn)品投產(chǎn)前和投產(chǎn)時的相關(guān)工作；Responsible?for?achieving?the?delivery?related?targets;負(fù)責(zé)完成交付的相關(guān)目標(biāo)；Coordinate?between?suppliers?&?Distribution?team?about?shipping?documents;與供應(yīng)商及物流部門進行溝通和跟進出貨文件；?Participate?in?related?team?meetings?and?contribute?in?continuous?improvement?program參加相關(guān)的部門會議并推動部門持續(xù)改進項目。Requirements任職要求College?or?above?in?commercial?area,?ideally?associated?with?business?statistics?or?planning?or?purchasing;大?；蛞陨蠈W(xué)歷，商務(wù)統(tǒng)計、計劃或采購相關(guān)專業(yè)為佳；At?least?2?years?relevant?experience?in?planning?&?purchasing,?MRP?in?ERP?system?(SAP?preferred);至少兩年生產(chǎn)或物料計劃相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗，使用過ERP系統(tǒng)/MRP模塊（SAP系統(tǒng)優(yōu)先）；Proficiency?in?MS?Office,?Excel?and?Outlook?in?particular;熟練使用MS?Office，尤其是Excel及OutlookTeam?player,?detail-oriented,?hardworking,?independent?and?able?to?work?under?pressure;?open?and?continuous?improvement?mindset;具有良好的團隊精神，細(xì)心，刻苦，獨立，能在壓力下工作；積極和持續(xù)改進的心態(tài)Customer?oriented?with?strong?communication?and?interpersonal?skills;有客戶服務(wù)精神，良好的溝通及協(xié)調(diào)能力；Good?command?of?English?in?written?and?oral;?Fluent?Cantonese?listening?and?speaking???????????????????????????????????????????????英語書面、口語表達能力良好，粵語聽說流利；Experience?in?watch?industry?is?an?advantage.有手表行業(yè)經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先。
