o Review?inspection?criteria?and?requirements?submitted?by?customers,?and?the?feasibility?of?check?lists?and?standard?operation?procedures;?and?resolve?technical?issues?with?clients.?審核客戶提交的檢驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和要求,?以及檢查清單和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)操作程序的可行性;與客戶解決技術(shù)問題。
o Translate?and?distribute?project?criteria?and?related?documents?to?corresponding?staff.?將項(xiàng)目標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和相關(guān)文件翻譯并分發(fā)給相應(yīng)的員工。
o Monitor?inspections?and?provide?necessary?support?to?the?inspection?team.?監(jiān)督檢查,?并為檢驗(yàn)小組提供必要的支持。
o Prepare?draft?reports?template/checklist?for?specific?customers.?Review?and?check?inspection?report?details?to?ensure?finding?is?in?accordance?with?client’s?requirements.?為特定客戶準(zhǔn)備報(bào)告模板/核對表。審核和檢查檢查報(bào)告的細(xì)節(jié),?以確保找到符合客戶的要求。
o Conduct?final?review?on?inspection?reports.??Keep?track?on?the?accuracy?and?completeness?of?inspection?reports?and?distribution?of?reports?in?a?timely?manner.?對檢驗(yàn)報(bào)告進(jìn)行最后審查。?跟蹤檢查報(bào)告的準(zhǔn)確性和完整性,?及時(shí)分發(fā)報(bào)告。
o Technical?Supervisor?level?will?conduct?onsite?audit?to?evaluate?QC?performance?and?follow?up?of?corrective?action.技術(shù)主管級(jí)別將進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場審核以評(píng)估?QC?績效并跟蹤糾正措施。
o Follow?up?and?troubleshoot?upon?report?queries.?跟蹤報(bào)告查詢并對其進(jìn)行故障排除。
Requirements:
o College?graduates?with?good?communication?skill?in?English.?具有良好的英語溝通能力的大學(xué)畢業(yè)生。
o Strong?communication,?interpersonal,?coaching?and?training?skills.?有較強(qiáng)的溝通、人際、輔導(dǎo)和培訓(xùn)能力。
o Well-organized?and?be?able?to?work?in?a?team-oriented?environment.?組織良好,?能夠在團(tuán)隊(duì)導(dǎo)向的環(huán)境中工作。
o Familiar?with?AQL?inspection?system.?熟悉?AQL?檢測系統(tǒng)。
o 2-5?years?of?relevant?work?experience?(for?Senior?Technical?Engineer/Technical?Engineer);?preferably?with?experience?in?E&E/Hardline?inspection?or?related?experience?in?conducting?inspection?report?review.?2-5?年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)?(高級(jí)技術(shù)工程師/技術(shù)工程師);最好有在電子/強(qiáng)硬檢查或相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行檢查報(bào)告審查。
o Minimum?5-7?years?of?relevant?work?experience?with?demonstrate?good?leadership?will?consider?as?Technical?Supervisor.?5-7?年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),?有良好的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力者優(yōu)先考慮為技術(shù)主管。
o Good?problem-solving?skills?&?communication?skills.?良好的解決問題的能力和溝通能力。
o Knowledgeable?in?MS?Word?&?Excel.?精通?MS?Word?和?Excel。
o Candidates?with?less?experience?may?also?be?considered?subject?to?satisfactory?interview?performance.?如面試表現(xiàn)令人滿意，有較少經(jīng)驗(yàn)的候選人亦可。
