?????負(fù)責(zé)收集客戶對(duì)公司產(chǎn)品、服務(wù)等方面的意見(jiàn)建議，并與客戶進(jìn)行及時(shí)有效地溝通，努力降低因投訴產(chǎn)生的負(fù)面影響，持續(xù)改善公司外部形象；2.
?????負(fù)責(zé)本部門所有訂單的跟單管理，及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)并解決異常環(huán)節(jié)；3.
?????負(fù)責(zé)監(jiān)督和檢查跟單員日常工作,并解決跟單員執(zhí)行過(guò)程中的難點(diǎn)問(wèn)題；4.
?????負(fù)責(zé)督促面/輔料開(kāi)發(fā)進(jìn)度以及樣衣批復(fù)進(jìn)度,對(duì)大貨生產(chǎn)進(jìn)度以及生產(chǎn)中發(fā)生的情況進(jìn)行監(jiān)督和處理，保證訂單順利保質(zhì)保量按時(shí)出貨；5.
?????向業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)理提供面輔料行情、產(chǎn)能等信息支持，配合業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)理維護(hù)老客戶、開(kāi)發(fā)新客戶；6.
?????負(fù)責(zé)根據(jù)客戶的交期要求，和PPC部協(xié)商，制定生產(chǎn)與出貨計(jì)劃；7.
?????監(jiān)督本部門所有訂單的成本并合理控制成本；8.
?????公司委派的其他任務(wù)。1.

?????Provide?fabric/trim?industrial?information?support?to?business?manager,?maintain?current?customers?and?develop?new?ones.6.
?????Coordinate?with?PPC?Department?to?make?production?and?deliver?plans?based?on?customer’s?due?requirements.7.
?????Supervise?and?control?departmental?cost.8.
?????Other?duties?as?assigned.Requirements/任職資格：1.
?????30-45歲，全日制本科以上學(xué)歷，英語(yǔ)、國(guó)際貿(mào)易、紡織、服裝及相關(guān)專業(yè)，英文聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫能力優(yōu)秀，精通服裝、外貿(mào)專業(yè)英語(yǔ)；2.
?????從事服裝跟單、面輔料采購(gòu)、生產(chǎn)管理及其相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)10年以上，熟練掌握服裝面輔料、工藝制作等專業(yè)知識(shí)；3.
?????具備良好的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和組織協(xié)調(diào)能力、溝通能力、執(zhí)行能力、分析問(wèn)題和解決問(wèn)題的能力。1.
?????30-45?years?old?and?above,?bachelor?degree?and?above,?major?in?English,?international?trade,?textile?engineering?and?garment;2.
?????More?than?10?years?experiences?in?large?garment?manufacturing?plant?of?merchandiser,?purchasing,?production?management.Master?knowledge?of?fabric，trim?and?garment?engineering,?proficient?professional?English?of?garment?and?trade;3.
?????Leadership?and?organization?and?coordination?ability,?effective?communication?and?interpersonal?skills?with?customers?and?partners.
