Quality?Control?&?Engineering?Manager:
- QC/Engineering?manager?is?required?with?skills?/?experience?in?any?of?the?following?disciplines;?Quality?Management,?Mechanical?Engineering,?Production?Engineering?or?related?disciplines
- Over?10?years?experience?is?required
- Experience?in?Electrical?appliances?is?highly?preferable
- Strong?technical?knowledge?and?solid?experience?in?production?processes?and?quality?control?testing?procedure?is?required
- Execute?quality?control?programs?and?activities?from?IQC,?IPQC?to?final?PSI
- Good?communication?skills?in?English?to?liaise?with?overseas?clients?and?engineers?on?projects
- Investigate?quality?issues?at?our?subcontract?factories,?identify?root?cases?and?generate?corrective?action?plans?with?suggestions.
- Provide?quality?control?standard?solutions?for?pre-production?&?production?stage?by?working?with?our?internal?team?and?factories
- Candidate?should?be?familiar?with?US?and?European?compliance?directives?to?develop?lab?test?plans?and?follow-up?on?customers?testing?requirements.
- Frequent?travel?will?be?required
質(zhì)控與工程經(jīng)理:
- QC?/工程經(jīng)理需要具備以下任何一門學(xué)科或者技能/經(jīng)驗?：質(zhì)量管理，機械工程，生產(chǎn)工程或相關(guān)專業(yè)
- 10年以上工作經(jīng)驗
- 有電氣設(shè)備經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先
- 有較強的技術(shù)知識和扎實的生產(chǎn)流程和質(zhì)量控制測試流程經(jīng)驗
- 從IQC、IPQC到最終PSI進行質(zhì)量控制和相關(guān)的協(xié)調(diào)指引
- 良好的英語溝通能力，能與海外客戶及工程師進行項目溝通
- 能發(fā)現(xiàn)我們的分包工廠的質(zhì)量問題，并找出根源與出整改措施
- 為生產(chǎn)前和生產(chǎn)階段提供質(zhì)量控制標準解決方案，并協(xié)調(diào)我們的內(nèi)部團隊和工廠的溝通去解決問題
- 應(yīng)聘者應(yīng)熟悉美國和歐洲的合規(guī)指示，并制定相關(guān)的產(chǎn)品的實驗室測試計劃和跟蹤客戶的測試要求
