職責(zé)描述：-?1)?Responsible?for?assigned?product?development?projects.-?2)?Work?as?mentor/leader?of?product?engineer/assistant?engineer.-?3)?Review?engineering?deliverables?such?as?drawings,?DFMEA,CC/SC,?etc.-?4)?Deeply?involved?lesson?learnt?summarized?work,?case?study,?design?review?etc.?to?share?experience?to?the?team-?5)?Conduct?quotation?technical?support.-?6)?Lead?for?extra?tasks?such?as?GPM,GDP,etc.-?7)?Responsible?for?major?customer?tasks.-?8)?Standardize?and?create?the?customer?strategy/product?roadmap.-?9)?Make?presentation?/?training?for?customer.-?10)?Lead?discussions?with?customer?when?we?have?issues-?11)?Regularly?report?project?status?in?terms?of?cost,?timing?and?quality?objectives?to?line?manager.?-?12)?Complete?the?works?arranged?by?line?manager任職要求：1)?Around?3-5?product?development?of?belt;?good?understand?automotive?quality?system?requirements,?like:?TS16949,?QS9000,?APQP,?FMEA,?PPAP,?etc.2)?Understand?GD&T,?FMEA/DOE/tolerance?study3)?Able?to?use?3D/2D?drawing?software?(CATIA?is?better)4)?English?communication?skills?is?a?must.
