1) Actively?encourage,?support?and?manage?distributors’?Grohe?Technical?Specialists?in?providing?after?sales?service?for?Grohe?products.?Coach?the?distributors’?Technical?Specialists?with?problem?solving?and?judgment?to?enhance?their?capacity?and?effectiveness.
積極鼓勵(lì)、支持和管理經(jīng)銷商的高儀售后人員提供良好的售后服務(wù)；通過(guò)指導(dǎo)經(jīng)銷商售后人員對(duì)售后問(wèn)題進(jìn)行判斷與處理，提升他們售后處理問(wèn)題的準(zhǔn)確性及工作效率
2) Handle?technical?claims?from?consumers?and?developers?escalated?from?distributors?and?Call?Center;?Approve?warranty?claims?for?Grohe?products.
處理經(jīng)銷商和呼叫中心升級(jí)的客戶投訴；對(duì)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量問(wèn)題按流程進(jìn)行賠償處理，并負(fù)責(zé)賠償產(chǎn)品的管理與發(fā)放；
3) Providing?feedback?&?Suggestion?on?product?performance?and?quality?to?drive?improvement?to?department?head?each?month.??Collecting?and?summarizing?the?solved?after?sales?problems?and?sharing?with?the?distributors?Technical?Specialists.
將每月的重大質(zhì)量問(wèn)題和處理建議遞交技術(shù)中心負(fù)責(zé)人；匯總和編寫已處理的售后問(wèn)題，供經(jīng)銷商售后人員使用；
2，對(duì)質(zhì)量問(wèn)題產(chǎn)品的維修
整修有質(zhì)量問(wèn)題或損壞的產(chǎn)品，報(bào)廢產(chǎn)品的整理與分拆，歸類至報(bào)廢產(chǎn)品再利用零件庫(kù)。

3，售后服務(wù)培訓(xùn)
為經(jīng)銷商提供技術(shù)培訓(xùn)和產(chǎn)品技術(shù)知識(shí)的更新；包括售后服務(wù)理念及流程培訓(xùn)，產(chǎn)品維修技能培訓(xùn)等。

按星級(jí)計(jì)劃開(kāi)展全國(guó)售后服務(wù)人員技術(shù)培訓(xùn)與考核

4，展廳與培訓(xùn)用樣品的管理
展覽提供技術(shù)支持；負(fù)責(zé)展廳樣品安裝與調(diào)整，樣品申請(qǐng)和庫(kù)存管理。
Provide?technical?support?to?sales?activities;?Be?charge?of?the?sample?equipment?installation?and?adjusting,?the?sample?applying?and?inventory?management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's?Degree?or?above,?major?in?Mechanical,?Construction?or?Material?Engineering?is?preferable；
本科以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械、建筑、材料工程專業(yè)優(yōu)先
With?a?minimum?of?2－3?years’?solid?working?experience?in?technical?service?field；priority?to?have?the?background?of?electronic?or?appliances?product?technology
三年以上豐富的技術(shù)服務(wù)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),有電子或家電類產(chǎn)品技術(shù)背景者優(yōu)先
