??員工考勤處理和核對(duì),每月員工薪資計(jì)算。
4.?Employee??performance??form?follow?up?and?handling
?員工試用期滿,調(diào)動(dòng),晉升手續(xù)辦理及資料更新。
5.?Employees?contract?follow?up?and?management?.
員工合同管理,續(xù)簽跟進(jìn)。
6.?Responsible?for?all?related?HR?reports
負(fù)責(zé)制定各類人事和考勤報(bào)表。
7.?Alien?employment?permit?for?foreign?staffs?.
公司外籍人員各類證件辦理。
8.Employee?relation?follow?up?(such?as?meeting?with?workers?/dispute?/employee?birthday?…)
員工關(guān)系處理如定期與員工級(jí)開會(huì)/協(xié)助處理勞動(dòng)爭(zhēng)議/員工生日活動(dòng)的安排。
9.?Responsible?to?explain?the?company?benefit?systems?/attendance?rules?from??employees?.
負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)公司相關(guān)考勤/薪酬制度進(jìn)行解釋
10.?Handle?the?work?that?is?arranged?by??Superior?temporarily?.
上級(jí)臨時(shí)安排的其他工作。
招聘要求:
1.?University?degree,?age?below?35,at?least?3?years?relative?working?experience,Careful?,?intelligent,?responsible,?strong?numerical?sense.
??大專以上學(xué)歷,35歲以下,至少三年相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),工作認(rèn)真,仔細(xì)?,負(fù)責(zé),?對(duì)數(shù)字十分敏感。
