- Advises?financial?planning?and?evaluation,?financial?reporting,?interpretation/analysis?of?the?results.
- Works?with?management?to?develop?financial?estimates?and?budgets.?Develops?and?maintains?comprehensive?and?transparent?financial?models.
- Responsible?for?all?finance?related?activities?for?both?entities?in?China
- Coordination?and?monitoring?of?outsourced?finance?activities
- Build-up?of?inhouse?knowledge?to?in-source?finance?function;?build-up?of?inhouse?finance?team
- Alignment?and?coordination?with?auditor?and?legal?advisor?regarding?all?finance?related?topics
- First?point?of?contact?for?all?finance?related?requests?from?the?HQ?in?Germany?and?other?stakeholder
- AP/AR?management
- Ensure?that?financial?bookings?are?in?line?with?the?company′s?policies
Controlling
- Provides?direction?to?the?business?and?contributes?to?both?the?short-term?business?management?and?long-term?strategic?direction?of?the?business
- Build-up?of?the?controlling?function
- Cost?engineering,?pre-?and?post-product?controlling
- Creation?of?KPIs?and?set-up?of?reports?to?evaluate?improvements
- Analyzing?of?process?and?constant?process?improvement
- Prepare?calculations?for?investment?decisions
Requirements:
- Experienced?to?work?with?senior?management
- Experienced?to?work?for?international?company
- 8+?years’?experience?as?finance?officer?or?relevant?role?for?a?production?company
- In?depth?knowledge?of?statutory?requirements
- Excellent?knowledge?of?data?analysis?and?forecasting?methods
- Proficient?in?the?use?of?MS?Office
- Ability?to?strategize?and?solve?problems
- Proven?leadership?and?organizational?skills
- Excellent?communication?and?people?skills
